As an Account Manager in Large Customer Sales, you'll manage a designated set of accounts and provide support to a sales pod. You'll need to be a focused, proactive self-starter, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and have the sales/analytical skills to expand the client relationship. Additionally, you'll be an advisor and consultant to your customers, a client advocate within Google, and become an expert in Google products and policies.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with designated accounts and identify new opportunities for clients to use Google Analytics 360 products and features to increase media spend and make smarter business decisions
  • Build and maintain a strong knowledge of the Google Analytics 360 Suite and integrations with other products like DBM and AdWords
  • Serve as a liaison to clients regarding roadmap, new product launches and product feedback

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed account analyses and ensure that customers are satisfied with their use of Google Analytics
  • Report on sales figures internally
  • Project manage sales administration tasks, cases, troubleshooting and customer inquiries utilizing various support teams or navigating the appropriate escalation processes
  • Support the sales pod with any ongoing ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience in digital marketing analytics, advertising sales, marketing, or consulting
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, advertising sales, marketing, or consulting
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, learn quickly and deliver results under pressure

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing analytics, ideally Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics (implementation and/or building audiences, reports, and dashboards)
  • Understanding of the programmatic landscape, audience-based marketing, attribution, and/or customer lifetime value
  • Knowledge of digital advertising (e.g. AdWords or DBM)
