Primary Responsibilities:

Enroll eligibleaged 65+ MassHealth Standard members,into UnitedHealthcare'sSenior Care Options Plan (HMO Special Needs Plan - SNP)

Build professional relationships with doctors' offices, adult day health facilities, community health centers, community-based organizations, etc.

Generate leads for enrollment into UHC'sSenior Care Options Plan

Travel to appointments and account meetings as required

Manage time for appointments, lead generation, territory development, building relationships, presenting health benefits, etc.

Develop and manage relationships to reach business goals
Success Factors:

Ability to be compassionate while selling

Function independently and responsibly with minimal need for supervision

Ability to manage multiple priorities as it relates to meeting enrollment goals

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience

Active MA Accident& Health insurance sales license or- ability to passMA state license exam within 60 days of hire

Have established professional relationships with non-profits, community sources, religious / faith - based organizations within this MA market area

Access to reliable transportation that will enable you to travel to client and/or patient sites within thisdesignated sales territory

Travel locally up to 100% of time within assigned MAmarket area

Experience working with communities of all different ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, diverse populations and/or underserved communities

Residein / within commutabledistance toQuincy/ BostonMA

Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook,PowerPoint)

Bilingual Cantonese
Preferred Qualifications:

Field / outside salesand / or territory management experience

Professional experience working with seniors, low income communities, adult daycare health facilities, community health centers, community - based organizations etc.
