Position Summary:
The Engineering Intern assists experienced development engineers with product design and development tasks that are within their capability. Example work includes: modeling of servo drive/motor subsystems, lab testing, prototype evaluation, technology investigations, and small design projects.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications 

  • Junior undergraduate or graduate student in EE/CS/CE coursework in drives, power electronics, and control systems.
  • Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0

Desired Qualifications:
 

  • Pursuing MSEE or PhD in Electrical Engineering, with specialization in Power Electronics.
  • Previous internship or industry experience. 
  • Hands-on or laboratory experience.
  • Capable of modeling power electronic systems with simulation tools such as Matlab/simulink and/or ANSYS software.
