Primary Responsibilities:

Take inbound calls from members and providers
Make outbound follow-up calls to members and providers
Gather member documents and upload them into the clinical system
Manage work queue's and assign tasks to the care coordinators
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
2+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of experience working within the healthcare industry
Ability to create, edit, save and send documents utilizing Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Ability to navigate a PC to open applications, send emails, and conduct data entry
Knowledge of medical terminology
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Medicare and / or Medicaid Services
Experience working in a call center environment
Professional experience in a clerical or administrative support related role
