CDI Inc., is looking for qualified candidates to fill the role of Executive Coaching Engagement Manager . This is a contract position and the duration is expected to be 12 months+. This would be a W2 position and you would work onsite at the client's location in San Francisco, CA. Pay Rate (optional): $ 51.88 - 58.45/HR

 

Job Description:

As an Executive Coaching Engagement Manager you will work closely with the Program Manager of our Coaching Program to support our strategic, high-touch Executive Coaching Program. Leveraging your proven track record of outstanding client service and program management, as well as your passion for helping others, youll help us optimize and execute on all aspects of our Executive Coaching program (program strategy, workflow & system optimization, budget & PO management, engagement of partners, day-to-day program administration, evaluation & metrics).

Youll effectively balance the highly visible and consultative client facing role you hold with senior leaders/coaching participants, coaches and HR leads, with the myriad behind-the-scenes programmatic responsibilities you lead. Given your passion for operational efficiency, you will constantly be searching for ways to further optimize day-to-day administration of our program, proactively taking the lead on adapting workflow, processes and systems (e.g. our quarterly reporting and one-off data needs, our partnership with the central resource vendor management and finance team).

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with senior leaders, executive coaches and HR partners to support all Executive Coaching Engagements
  • Provide outstanding proactive and reactive program support, using each coaching engagement as an opportunity to build our Coaching Team's brand
  • Design best practices and tools for program scale where opportunities present themselves

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain our coaching databases with complete accuracy
  • Manage coaching budget tracking, forecasting, and accruals
  • Synthesize data to produce reports on coaching utilization and impact
  • Support ad hoc coaching program needs and special projects

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree required (Psychology or related degree)
  • 4+ years of experience in HR related role
  • Passion for, and proven track record in, helping others through exceptional customer service and consultation
  • Excellent project management skills (workflow & system optimization, managing multiple key stakeholders,

timelines, and competing demands, executing day-to-day program administration with excellence)

  • Ability to build credibility and relationships quickly across teams including senior leaders
  • Ability to juggle multiple demands, with ample flexibility and adaptability and a high tolerance for ambiguity
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Strong team orientation
  • Strong working knowledge of gSuite (Docs/Sheets etc)

Nice to have

  • 6+ years experience in HR related role
  • Knowledge or demonstrated interest in coaching
  • Experience with and interest in developing internal CRM tools and data dashboards
