We are currently seeking to develop a pool of qualified candidates who may be interested in future opportunities for Customer Care Specialist positions to be based out of our Des Plaines facility. While these positions are not open at this time, we are always seeking to begin conversations with individuals who may be interested in joining us in the future. When an opening becomes available, we can then can immediately contact candidates and engage in discussions about the opportunity.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

Summary of Position:

This position would include delivering the most respected and valued customer care in the dental industry through courteous, prompt and first class service to our dealer partners and dental customers. This would be accomplished through:

  •  Driving positive results in the handling of inquiries and/or complaints in ways that create improved, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Promoting products
  • Providing top level service and product knowledge that positively impacts customers' experience with each interaction

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Making and receiving calls with the intent of selling products or services
  • Providing information to customers by verifying understanding of request, answering questions, offering assistance.
  • Researching and resolving complaints

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in Customer Service/Order Entry and or Call Center. Degree strongly preferred.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with correct grammar, spelling, and sentence structure. Second language skills (French, Spanish) highly desirable.
  • Excellent phone skills which come across as confident, polished and professional.
  • Strong organizational, administrative and task management skills.
  • Strong inbound selling skills.  Outbound calling experience a plus.
  • Data entry applications experience:  Preferred SAP  and Salesforce.
  • Strong PC skills: MS Word, Basic Excel, Outlook (familiarity with the web, e-mail and external applications preferred).
  • Must be detail oriented and have ability to handle multiple processes.
  • Ability to type 30 words per minute.
  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
  • Strong "go-getter" attitude and creativity skills.
  • Flexible and thrives in a team environment.
