Position Summary:

The p osition  can  work remotely from North America


As Rockwell Automation continues to focus on growth in Information Solutions (IS), we have commercial roles dedicated to these offerings. To ensure the people in these roles are equipped to succeed, the Software Sales Effectiveness Manager will represent the needs of and drive effectiveness of these dedicated IS personas.

Responsibilities include

  • Oversee the sales enablement and execution and sale performance needs of these personas (including onboarding, account planning, funnel management, manager insights, goal setting)
  • Drive communication cadence to these personas
  • Provide sales context to stakeholders interfacing with these personas
  • Deliver programs and measure effectiveness
  • Identify future needs and drive the evolution of sales processes and enablement based on new business requirements and as continuous improvement.
  • Drive the change management necessary to gain adoption of sales processes.
  • Assist in coordination of additional personas related to Information Solutions selling
  • Global analysis of sales activity related to Information Solutions

This focus and collaboration will result in increased effectiveness of the people in roles dedicated to Information Solutions selling and improved coordination across the team growing Information Solutions sales.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
  • Software industry experience
  • Typically requires eight or more years of related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence
  • Software sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate globally
  • Analytical mindset, with capacity to absorb information and data to drive solid conclusions
  • Strong understanding of modern selling and proven ability to build and communicate strategy
  • Ability to articulate complex messages in a clear way, and effectively propose ideas and get buy in.
