The Senior Research Analyst will manage account teams and be responsible for the performance of Data Analysts and Research Analysts across customer accounts.  They will be expected to take a lead in ensuring the high quality of customer reports and to deliver excellent customer service

You'll help us with:

    • The delivery of an agreed measurement and analysis service across a portfolio of the organisation's core and key customers. 
    • The build strong relationships with key contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure the ongoing success of programs and to maximize opportunities for innovation and growth.
    • Achieve results on time and within budget.
    • Help organize, and plan, manage multiple demands, and achieve results.
    • Coach and develop individuals as part of a high performing team.

You'll be a good fit if you have:

    • Experience using Excel and PowerPoint desirable
    • Ability to withstand pressure and deliver to deadlines
    • Shows initiative, is proactive and enthusiastic
    • Keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach to work
    • Strong analytical mind and methodical approach
    • Confident in direct and succinct communication
    • Degree educated or equivalent.  Professional experience in an analytical environment or similar preferred
