What you’ll be doing...

Verizon recently acquired BlueJeans and plans to transition BlueJeans employees into Verizon compensation and benefits programs. This position will be part of that planned transition.

Do you love taking disruptive products to market through strategic partners? Do you love negotiating contracts and business terms with large strategic partners? If so, you just may be the perfect fit for our Business Development Team and we want to hear from you!

  • Managing the deal process; including structuring and negotiating deal terms with the partner and coordinating with our cross-functional internal deal team - legal, finance, engineering and product management.

  • Managing the Partnership lifecycle; including acquisition, implementation, launch and management of Partner relationships.

  • Identifying and driving business and technical relationships with partners by driving joint product integration, go-to-market execution, co-sales activities and marketing programs.

  • Working closely with our Channel Sales and Channel Marketing teams to drive overall revenue from these partnerships.

  • Developing business cases and communicating opportunities to our executive team.

  • Developing all strategic and tactical aspects of the Blue Jeans Service Provider strategy.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Five years of Business Development experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Former Product Management experience.

  • Ability to formulate a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan.

  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, environment.

  • Able to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships both inside and outside of Blue Jeans.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience with service providers.

  • Experience with Video Conferencing or Unified Communications.
