This role will be responsible to support the Global deployment and support of eConfigurator Plus, the new Corporate Tool for on line configurators - Closely collaboration with the Digital Customer Solutions QA, DevOps, and Development Teams - Understands how applications and technologies impact the business. - Develop data flow, formulas, methods supplying relative illustrative charts, tables, diagrams, and procedural statements - Recommends modifications of systems in order to improve and simplify business systems and reduce operating cost. - Establishes and develops procedures for proper utilization - Evaluates and modifies existing technology to take into account changes in business requirements or equipment configurations. - Provide after-hour technical support as needed. - Assist in training and mentoring new employees. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience and education - Configuration / Product Catalog Experience - Product knowledge - Modeling of products (rules and constraints), integrations with a variety of applications like Websphere for Marketing, Pricing, CAD for Engineering, PHconnect, MyParker - Familiar with helpdesk calls and deployment using change management tools (DevOps / Jira) - Agile / project management as the main task is to deploy and support the new tool - 3D CAD experience a plus - Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Project management ability - Ability to establish own priorities - Ability to adapt to changing roles and changing priorities Founded in 1917, Parker Hannifin Corporation is a $13 billion, global company.
