Reporting to the Creative Services and Branding Director and in partnership with communicators and creatives, you will support the design and delivery of marketing and communication campaigns that support change and transformation programs while creating powerful moments that reflect our employer brand and leaves employees feeling informed and inspired. You will galvanize our unique 3,100 employees to think and feel differently about their work while focusing on a strong call to action.

Your role as Marketing andCommunications Specialist:

  • Develop and manage high-level Bank-wide messaging to support Bank-wide campaigns and guide communication teams across the Bank.
  • Translate Group-level goals into measurable marketing and communication tactics, including digital and in-person events
  • Partner with and influence executives providing guidance that reflects an understanding of their business and leadership style.
  • Craft compelling and memorable content that leverages storytelling-to be distributed across the Bank's internal and recruiting channels to inspire and engage employees and future candidates
  • Build strong relationships with and drive alignment across communications teams to meet the needs of key stakeholders
  • Proactively solicit the "voice of" various internal audiences and personas across the employee lifecycle, using that information to improve the effectiveness of the Bank's communications.
  • Ensure our marketing and communications to employees are on brand and reflects the Bank's Vision, Values, and key business objectives
