What is my role in the Unrulyverse?

You will be responsible for leading the U.S. regional marketing efforts for our Unruly business based out of our New York office. You will lead the marketing strategy and be responsible for the planning, development, implementation and monitoring of all marketing efforts across the regional U.S. Unruly business .

You will work closely with a range of teams including sales, creative, finance, product and all other functions in the group, in order to drive market awareness and generate top-of-funnel leads, while ensuring consistent and world class brand management. You will be working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer for Tremor International while working alongside a team of global marketers based in offices around the world.

Some of your role will include but not be limited to;

  • Working together primarily with Sales, Client Solutions and Product Marketing to create and maintain compelling Go-To-Market strategic plans that propel the Unruly Group into its next phase of our revenue growth both in the US and in partnership across our International Markets
  • Strategic planning, including customer segment selection, demand generation resourcing, sales enablement and market penetration plans with related product positioning.
  • Conceptualize and implement a marketing roadmap and translate those concepts into actionable quarterly goals.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to clearly define and establish marketing-specific metrics that have a direct impact on company revenue goals.
  • Lead the overall planning, development and alignment of Unruly's external presence and brands across our suite of products to increase salience for our customers, partners, prospects, and the press.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing and Product leadership to create a consistent and exciting experience for our clients.
  • Oversee internal communications to ensure all employees are updated on key company messages and clearly understand Unruly's vision and values

What will I bring?

  • 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience with an AdTech and/ or media environment specializing in both the strategy and implementation of brand positioning plans
  • Prior experience successfully building a marketing team and managing individual(s) and third party contractors as needed
  • Knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem is a bonus
  • Proven ability to help scale a business from its growth stages to the next level of maturity and/or experience at a start-up where you have built a brand from the ground up
  • Experience working with the EMEA and APAC regions is a plus
  • A track record of quantifiable results and success that can be demonstrated.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent creative and storyteller instincts.
