Job Title AFC Training Coordinator Corporate Title Associate Location Jacksonville Overview The Global Anti-Financial Crime Education & Culture (AFC E&C) Team ensures that all businesses and functions within the region receive a commensurate amount of required and optional training annually with respect to the roles they play in the organization. Key AFC E&C deliverables include annual training needs assessment (TNA) and planning, operational execution of regional/divisional plans, and evidence archiving to meet regulatory expectations for training. Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $54,000.00 to $77,400.00.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
