What You Will Do


  • Achieves or exceeds sales objectives through education, ethical promotion of services among physicians and other healthcare providers in territory.
  • Develops and fosters long-term relationships with key providers, decision makers, and total account call customers. Able to effectively communicate features and benefits to individuals or large groups.
  • Serves as an expert and provides a high level of expertise and customer service for all assigned accounts. Maintains current understanding of local market, practice structures, business models, and key influencers.
  • Responsible to attend all remote learning activities and conference calls, willingness to learn and enhance the groups learning experience, including being present for the entire training on time and for the full length of the training.
  • Utilizes systems and reports to enhance impact of sales call and territory management. Appropriately uses this information to develop account business plans which address the needs of their geographies.
  • Develops plans of action that meet the individual needs of their customers. Maintains a current routing target list, submits regular updates to the UH Meds Leadership and plans calls to meet frequency targets. Possess broad healthcare and industry market knowledge and business acumen.
  • Continuously improves selling skills, including product and competitor knowledge. Carries out in a legally compliant manner all sales and marketing programs including occasional evening and weekend events, when approved.

  • Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
