S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate our HR compensation function. As an Total Rewards & Compensation Intern, you'll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. The Total Rewards Intern supports the Global Total Rewards team in various administrative and analytical tasks related to compensation, benefits, and employee recognition programs. This role involves assisting with creating job descriptions, benchmarking compensation data, conducting data audits, preparing documentation, and performing other duties as assigned. The intern will gain exposure to the inner workings of a manufacturing company's Total Rewards strategy and contribute to ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities:
