The primary responsibilities of the Integrated Business Planning Manager are to lead the strategy, design, testing, rollout and performance monitoring for support of Smithfield Supply Planning systems. This role is critical in the rollout of new functionality and enhancements of existing tools and functionality which support supply planning. This includes but is not limited to: Anaplan, SAP, Logility Planning Solutions, A4O, BW/BI, Excel, etc. The Integrated Business Planning Manager is responsible for all projects that involve Supply Planning tool functionality, support of migrating users to new tools, process management creation, and troubleshooting existing issues. This role is also responsible for playing the role as super user for supply planning, reporting and deployment. The role understands master data as it relates to MPS, DRP and deployment planning. Additionally, this role supports ad-hoc business analytics and reporting to identify trends and support Smithfield's' S&OP process. Core Responsibilities
