The Plant Manager in Houston, TX reports to the Building Adhesive Solutions (BAS) VP of Global Operations and Supply Chain and has primary responsibility for leading the Houston team to attain a "Best-in-class" Safety, Continuous Improvement and Operational Discipline culture. Success will be achieved when every employee has a singular focus on meeting customer requirements and working in a system of prevention each day. This position will also work with the other plant managers, regional and global roles to design, implement and maintain local systems and processes to raise the Houston site to best-in-class levels for the adhesives business. This role will also be the owner of the customer complaint process and resolution in the region. Primary Responsibilities

Fuller sponsorship of a work visa to work for H.B. Fuller. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $143,000 - $172,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
