McKesson is seeking a talented and experienced AIOps Architect to join our dynamic IT team. The AIOps Architect will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing AIOps solutions. This role will be pivotal in driving automation, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design:

- Design and architect AIOps solutions that leverage AI, machine learning, and data analytics to enhance IT operations.

- Develop architectural blueprints and frameworks that align with the organization's IT strategy and business goals.

2. Technical Leadership:

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the AIOps team, ensuring the successful implementation of AIOps solutions.

- Act as the subject matter expert on AIOps technologies, tools, and best practices.

- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to evaluate and integrate third-party AIOps tools and technologies.

4. Architecture Development:

- Develop and maintain the overall AIOps architecture, including data pipelines, machine learning models, and automation workflows.

- Ensure that the architecture is scalable, reliable, and secure, and meets the organization's performance requirements.

5. Data Integration:

- Design and implement data integration solutions to collect, preprocess, and store data from various IT operations sources.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity for accurate AI and machine learning model training.

6. Security and Compliance:

- Ensure that AIOps solutions comply with regulatory requirements and organizational security policies.

- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data used in AI and machine learning models.

Critical Requirements:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years in a similar AIOps role

- Proficiency in machine learning and data analysis techniques

- Strong understanding of IT operations, including network, server, and application management

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$127,500 - $212,500
