JOB TITLE: Production Associate
POSITION TYPE: Full time
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

STARTING PAY$23.89/hour. Pay increases to $25.92/hour after 6 months of employment.
-Earn an additional $0.75/hour shift premium for working any hours from 6:00pm - 6:00am
-Earn time and one half for hours worked over 40 in a week
-Earn Double pay for all work performed on a Sunday

Shifts Available:
-2nd shift (4:00pm - midnight)
-3rdshift (midnight to 8:00am)
-Weekends and holidays scheduled on a rotating basis

What you will own

• You will be responsible to produce a safe, quality product
• You will troubleshoot production issues and escalate them to appropriate team members
• You will be trained on HACCP, GMP's, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties
• Safety is your number one value and you ensure your personal safety and the safety of your team members
