The Workday Administrator will manage and optimize our Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) system. This role will ensure system functionality, support users, and lead configuration projects to enhance our HR processes.

This role is benefit eligible and the pay range is $110,000-$150,000.

Essential Functions

  • System Management: Oversee the daily administration of the Workday HCM system, including the onboarding and benefits tenants, by ensuring data integrity and system reliability.

  • Implementation: Key contributor to the learning management and advanced compensation tenant design, development and implementation project team.

  • User Support: Provide support to users, troubleshooting issues and offering training to enhance user experience.

  • Collaboration: Work with teams to identify and resolve issues related to configuration, business process, integration, and reporting issues and pursues opportunities for increased efficiency.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain standard and custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.

  • Development: Identify risks or opportunities and recommend changes to processes which improve the delivery of HR services to the organization.

  • Maintenance: Work with HR and IT teams to implement system changes and updates, participating in testing and validation processes.

  • Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain system security protocols.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation for system processes.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Workday Administrator or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of Workday modules, including HCM, Onboarding, and Recruiting.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Workday Certification is a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Location - This position will work out of one of our area offices.

  • Office environment - extensive sitting at desk and computer; some standing, bending at the waist, stooping and reaching required; ability to lift 5-20 pounds occasionally.

  • Schedule: M-F, 8am -5pm
