Sr. Leadership Development Program Manager- REMOTE

Scope of Role

As the Senior Leadership Development Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of leadership development initiatives, strategies and roadmaps within Talent Development at Regal Rexnord. This role will be a critical member of the growing Leadership Development Team within the Talent COE. With your expertise growing leaders, you'll design, test, pilot and implement leader programs to create exceptional leader journeys. You'll have an immediate impact by elevating the experience for our high potential leaders on the path to VP, as well as supporting several other high-profile global initiatives. This position reports to the Senior Director, Talent Management & Leadership Development in Corporate HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops world-class leadership development strategies and implements journeys for leaders, primarily focused on high-potential leaders on the path to VP.
  • Supports the design and iterative development of leadership development curriculum aligned to the leader competency model and strategic business outcomes.
  • Delivers holistic development incorporating experiential learning, mentoring, coaching and rotations/stretch assignments in a range of modalities (microlearning, in-person, VILT, e-learning, etc.). Own train-the-trainer and partner readiness, as well as facilitation as needed.
  • Leverages understanding of talent readiness for target positions to inform proactive solutions for deepening bench strength and building a repeatable system for developing talent globally.
  • Partner in successfully delivering leader competency models, assessments and other high-impact workstreams aimed to create clarity and enable leaders' success. Own the change management aspects including embedding competencies into talent management processes.
  • Engage with key stakeholders including HRBPs, functional and regional business leaders and others to obtain VOC, validate solutions and ensure successful program delivery.
  • Manage the leadership development course catalog and vendor relationships for signature programs.
  • Develops metrics to measure progress, learner engagement in programs and health of the leadership pipeline.

  • Garners stakeholder feedback, VOC and validates prototypes by bringing the right mix of people together at the right time.
  • Identifies quick wins and is able to break down significant bodies of work to deliver value quickly while building toward the longer-term vision.
  • Continuous learner with current insight and latest thinking on adult learning and leadership development.
  • Understands leadership development, executive development and adult-learning theories and can apply to a wide range of audiences spanning manufacturing and professional roles.
  • Able to leverage technology and LMS/LXP to create engaging learning experiences that are measurable and impactful toward business objectives and priorities.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design and Learning or relevant work experience.
  • Requires 7+ years progressive experience in leadership development/learning and development related roles; international experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and supporting company-wide development programs for large-scale organizations and complex deliverables such as multiple cohort groups, multiple tracks, and organization-wide leader programming.

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to agile/SCRUM program management and SAM iterative model for instructional design.
  • Experience with talent review/succession planning, performance management, leadership/behavioral/technical competencies and employee engagement surveys.
  • Ability compile and interpret large and/or complex data sets and prepare insightful, user-friendly reports.
  • Leadership certifications or familiarity facilitating/deploying Korn Ferry, Franklin Covey, Blanchard programs.

Pay Transparency - $130,000 to $170,000 base salary

Please note that compensation is based on a variety of factors when extending offer, including but not limited to, the role, responsibilities, market considerations, candidate experience, education, qualifications, and business considerations.
