It's an exciting time to join as we leverage data analytics, AI, and GenAI to build products and personalized experiences for our members. As Principal Product Manager, you will simplify and accelerate end-to-end data analysis and consumption experiences, focusing on democratizing data and making it accessible to all employees. You will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our data analytics capabilities, leveraging your AI and data science expertise to address product and business challenges in collaboration with cross-functional partners. You will work closely with teams across the organization to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Your ability to collaborate, build consensus, and drive execution will be critical to delivering results. You will also identify emerging data trends, evaluate new technologies, and recommend enhancements to our data architecture, optimizing data pipelines, improving data quality, and enhancing data governance.
