Painter

• Painter will provide services in accordance with rules and policies of Western State campus with all services to be provided on the premises of Western State Campus except when off-site services such as in schools, or others are agreed upon by both the provider and Western State Campus. These services will include the following:
• Applies Paints, Enamels, Varnish to Interior, Exterior surfaces, Finished and Rough, Using brushes.
• Prepares Surfaces prior to paint or wallpaper to produce a smooth, professional finish.
• Operates lifts, ladders and maintains equipment needed for painting profession.
• Prepares surfaces and applies wallpaper products.
• Applies materials with brushes, rollers, and spray guns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
