We're looking for an experienced Enablement Manager to join our Sales Enablement and Field Execution team. Reporting to the Public Sector Senior Manager, you wil be the go-to person for delivering training and support to our sales teams in the field. Your mission is to bring our enablement strategies to life, enhance sales performance, and boost customer engagement. You'll conduct engaging training sessions and provide ongoing coaching and support, all while fostering a culture of learning. With your expertise in global program execution, sales processes, performance metrics, and your experience with development, you'll ensure our enablement efforts are impactful and resonate with our teams on the ground.



  • Become the trusted advisor for your stakeholders and partners
  • Stay connected to the voice of the field and identify trends and needs
  • Drive adoption of best practices and support sales/selling activities using a value selling methodology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Partner Ecosystem, Marketing, Engineering, Enablement) to achieve the defined deliverables


You will play a critical role in increasing sales productive capacity across State & Local, Higher Education, and Healthcare sales teams.


What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Partner with sales leaders, using current tools to provide a targeted and data-driven approach to define enablement programs and pace required to improve GTM (Go To Market) activities
  • Manage regional-specific enablement requests and projects designed to increase Account Executive productivity, deliver and execute said requests
  • Provide coaching and support to Account Executives, helping them apply training concepts in real-world scenarios
  • Collaborate with vertical SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to develop best practices and help implement process improvements and coordinate with Enablement team members to ensure alignment to company OKRAs (Objectives, Key Results, and Actions)
  • Possess a coaching mindset to "train the trainer" thereby creating a sustainable enablement model and maximizing reach to all audience members


What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS Sales Enablement with sales/sales support experience
  • SLED & Healthcare sales and/or enablement experience, with an understanding of relevant compliance requirements, initiatives, and associated programs of interest
  • Ability to translate concepts, summarize and communicate complex ideas, and articulate value with a good sense of how sales professionals think, operate and absorb information

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$122,500 $175,000 USD
