you will provide exceptional nursing care for our patients. You will offer
guidance to team members by supervising nursing interventions and assigning
related tasks. You will also assess patient, family and staff learning needs,
deliver appropriate clinical education and promote effective working relationships.
This involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of dedicated
professionals to develop and implement a care plan, including providing
detailed care instructions.

The
Cath Lab Clinical Nurse III (CN3) embodies the essence of professional
Registered Nursing, assuming both responsibility and accountability for
patients within a designated time frame. Utilizing the nursing process and
collaborative input from the healthcare team, the CN3 delivers comprehensive
care. They exemplify the professional standards set forth by the American
Nurses Association (ANA), actively engaging in ethical considerations,
educational endeavors, evidence-based practice, and research. Additionally,
they champion quality improvement initiatives, demonstrate leadership prowess,
foster collaboration among peers, evaluate professional practice, optimize
resource utilization, promote environmental health, and advocate for patients
as integral components of clinical nursing practice.

Salary
Range: $63.83 - $96.57 Hourly

Qualifications
  • BSN or MSN -
    required
  • Current California RN license - required
  • At least 2 years of recent ICU, Cath Lab,
    Emergency Department or Procedural experience - required
  • ACLS, BCLS and PALS from the American Red
    Cross or American Heart Association - required
  • Strong IV Skills - Strongly Preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement and
    evaluate patient care plan actively involving patients, family, and staff
  • Ability to perform historical, physical and
    behavioral patient assessments
  • Skill in implementing appropriate nursing
    interventions on a consistent basis
  • Official Transcripts and/or original diploma
    from a registered nursing program must be provided upon hire
