We are seeking a qualified candidate for a remote role. The Regional Sales Manager, Commercial Biometric is a quota-carrying role responsible for managing all phases of the sales cycle-prospecting, contacting, qualifying, presenting, and closing deals-primarily within the healthcare and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in these industries and demonstrate a hunter sales mindset with a track record of revenue growth. Previous experience in the biometric and facial recognition industries is highly advantageous.

As our Regional Sales Manager Commercial Biometric, you'll support HID's successby:
- Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth in the commercial biometric sector, including facial recognition and other modalities of authentication
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in their vertical of expertise (healthcare or hospitality)
- Presenting and demonstrating biometric and other authentication solutions to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits tailored to their needs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing solutions to meet their identity and verification needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Developing strategic partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to enhance solution offerings and market reach
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
What we will love about your background:
- 5+ years of direct, face-to-face customer selling experience
- High-energy individual with a hunter sales mindset, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a track record of achieving successful outcomes
- Previous experience in selling biometric solutions and other modalities of authentication is highly desirable
- Proven experience in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner
- Strong understanding of their vertical of expertise (healthcare or hospitality)
- Expertise in developing partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to present information to management and public groups as a "speaker"
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
YourExperienceand Education include:
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) in a business or technical field. Equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered
- 5 years of demonstrated relevant experience in sales, achieving revenue targets, and strategic growth goals
- Extensive experience (3+ years) in selling biometric products and facial recognition technologies, particularly to healthcare or hospitality customers
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage and forecast pipeline opportunities
- Proven success as an individual contributor, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to convey and comprehend technical concepts
