Purpose:


The Stock Plan Administrator will be responsible for managing and administering the company's stock plans.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to stock plans
  • Managing the day-to-day administration of the company's stock plans, including processing stock option grants, exercises, and cancellations
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting of stock plan data
  • Providing support to employees and executives on stock plan-related matters
  • Assisting with the design and implementation of new stock plans and programs
  • Performing regular audits of stock plan data to ensure accuracy and completeness

Education, Experience and Skills Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in stock plan administration
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to stock plans
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software


The pay range for this role in Livermore, CA is between $104,600 and $137,235. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
