Learn all about graphic novel publishing with a supportive and collaborative editorial team! Sister imprints 23rd Street Books (adult graphic novels) and First Second Books (kids and teens graphic novels) are seeking candidates for an Editorial Assistant position that will support both imprints. This role blends editorial and administrative support work. A perfect opportunity for those with a love of comics and a desire to learn the ins and outs of the publishing industry in a passionate and engaging environment. Ideal candidates will love comics and be eager to learn; previous publishing experience is not required, though a lively interest in publishing is. What you'll do:

Ideally, this Editorial Assistant will come into the office 2-3 days a week. This role will have an annual salary of $47,500.
