Overview General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS), a premier provider to the US Department of Defense and allied nations, is seeking a Production Senior Program Manager, with experience in the aerospace/defense industry, to join our Healdsburg or Folsom, California team. The Production Senior Program Manager oversees all aspects of a program, including the program inception (proposal development), complete build and overall program execution, quality, cost, schedule, and technical execution, through program completion (contract closeout). The position leads and directs a cross-functional Integrated Program Team (IPT) which is assigned to assist with meeting all of the program objectives. Senior Program Managers often present to customers, executive management and other program stakeholders. The Senior Program Manager performs program risk and opportunity assessments and develops plans for risk mitigation and opportunity realization throughout the life of the program. Pay Range (USD) $138,254 - $256,757 annually Pay Transparency Statement The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the range during the hiring process. Additional Compensation Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company's Gain Sharing Program.
