Job Description

Our Customer Service Representative provides pre-sales and/or post-sales consulting to benefit Agilent customers in areas such as product/service order fulfillment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, repair /calibration requests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements, contract issues/administration or lease administration. Responsibilities:
Shift Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST Mon - Fri | This role follows a Hybrid work schedule. Agilent's Hybrid model consists of up to 2 days (Monday and Friday) working remotely and 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) on site. Qualifications
