ABOUT TRILLIUM: Trillium specializes in helping customers using vacuum systems and related products in a wide range of industries. SUMMARY: Lead the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of pump control electrical assemblies and components.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Including the following. Other Duties may be assigned



  • Setup and test vacuum pump frame electrical assemblies using test fixtures and OEM software.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair component failures.
  • Assemble and test pump ancillary subsystems.
  • Make cable and wire harness assemblies.
  • Read and understand electrical schematics.
  • Diagnose and repair electric motors, including inspecting stators and windings, testing continuity, and checking cooling coils for leaks.
  • Document unit data, operating conditions, and damage.
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and timely.
  • Ensure team members are trained, follow safety protocols, and meet quality standards.
  • Plan and manage work schedules, maintain organization, and uphold 5S standards.
  • Participate in hiring, training, and performance management.



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams.
  • Skills in using digital multi-meters and knowledge of analog and digital circuits.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical components and safety.
  • Proficient in computer skills (Excel, Word, intranet).
  • Strong time management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter, team-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.
  • Supervisory experience and effective communication.



EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE



  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years related electrical experience
  • 1-2 years leadership experience



LANGUAGE SKILLS



  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret written documents
  • Ability to interpret technical charts and drawings
  • Ability to respond in a professional manner to common inquiries
  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence

WORK ENVIRONMENT work is performed in a variety of industrial settings some of which

may include exposure to load noises, fumes, and heavy equipment.

Wage:$29.00 DOE
