Project Manager III (Senior PM)- Construction Overview: Manages all aspects of one or more medium to larger sized projects for a broad range of construction, commercial, oilfield and environmental projects. Manages the full project lifecycle, from initial project planning phases through execution. Supervises Level I and II Project Managers and other project support staff. Has authority for job assignments and may have some impact on departmental budgeting, planning, and procedural change. Performs work under supervision the General Manager. Primary Responsibilities: * Produces detailed project estimates and proposals Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring successful completion of the project including the management of lower-tier project managers, clerical and other support personnel, in-house craft personnel and subcontractors. Education and/or Experience: * Postsecondary education in engineering or a technical field preferred. Experience in lieu of education will be considered. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a team. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: * PMP preferred.
