This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from home or at any of our locations across North America. Your primary responsibilities will involve answering and making calls to current customers, addressing their business needs to retain their business within the various office solutions we provide. It's a 100% phone-based position where you collaborate with businesses to comprehend their hybrid working objectives and provide suitable services or customized solutions.

Success in this role hinges on achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets, consistently outperforming daily metrics, and handling rejection with resilience. Managing a pipeline is a crucial aspect, requiring great organizational and time management skills.

Your dedication will extend to reactivating inactive clients, offering solutions aligned with their current needs, and ensuring a positive client journey. Achieving monthly sales goals, coupled with a strong work ethic and tenacity, is pivotal. Additionally, you'll focus on obtaining referrals, up-selling, cross-selling, and ensuring an optimal customer experience.

Schedule:

Full Time





    • Monday through Friday, shifts beginning at 7am to 12pm Central Time

  • A monthly commission plan program, plus a starting hourly rate of $15.00, which will increase to $29.42 for your first 3 months while you train and build up your commissions.


    • First year total earnings range from $50k to $65k between base and uncapped commissions, increasing to an average of $70k to $110k for experienced team members and top performers.

What we are looking for...?



  • Experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management
  • Excellent customer orientation and proven negotiation skills


  • Strong appetite for learning and are keen on turning training and feedback into action and continuous self-improvement.


  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Proven ability to Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals- strong work ethic and hunter mentality are key.


  • Experience managing a pipeline of clients questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection


  • Confident in navigating between numerous tabs, multiple screens, and using video conferencing tools
  • Organized, adaptable and can think on your feet
