Our commitment to pay range transparency fosters an equitable workplace, where everyone can feel valued. The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$145,000.00 - $217,400.00

Job Title: Enterprise Project Director

Purpose Statement:

This role is accountable for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex, strategic initiatives that span across multiple manufacturing sites and global processes. The "Enterprise Project Director" requires a highly experienced and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, driving transformational change, and delivering significant business value. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Accountable for the performance of the project or program to deliver the objectives, realizing the intended value. Providing real-time visibility to the project or program performance to timeline and cost forecast.

  • Manage the relationship, delivery and hold accountable to the value proposition of all product, process and resource vendors. Create relationships that maximize discretionary effort.

  • As the overall "Success" owner - create, maintain and own the charter, business case and project or program documentation (including the financial model).

  • Establish and own the project or program governance model. Is accountable to escalate and/or stop the project or program where the realized value and / or cost objectives are at risk.

  • Is accountable to manage the change and transformation strategy of enterprise initiatives. Align internal stakeholders to ensure the success of the project or program. This includes but is not limited to key stakeholder identification and allocation, creating and executing change strategy for success, and keeping internal stakeholders engaged across corporate, region and site to deliver the project or program objectives.

Additional Accountabilities:

  • Influence and guide internal stakeholder decision-making by providing clear, concise data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Effectively navigate organizational dynamics and build consensus among key stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Proactively identifies and mitigates project issues before they become material.

  • Manages conflicts within the project team. Performs team assessments and evaluations.

  • Ensures value and velocity and validation throughout the project/ program life

  • Strong stakeholder, upward management, organizational, time management, presentation and customer service skills.

  • Ensures that technical and project documentation is created/maintained as necessary.

  • Travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated up to 20%).

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, management, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

  • 5-7 years of related experience is required; 10 years of related experience is preferred.

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

  • Management of large-scale, Enterprise projects (>$1 Million)

  • Experience communicating with executive-level key stakeholders
