JOB TITLE: Receptionist GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Provides support to front desk and business office staff assuring a smooth departmental work flow. Responsible for performing daily tasks such as sorting mail, answering phone and routing incoming calls, filing, copying, data entry, and other similar duties, using a computer terminal. Relieves business office staff of clerical work, and minor administrative and business detail. REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma required. One or more years of healthcare office experience required.
