About the role

As an International Client Services & Operations Administrator, this role will offer you the opportunity to combine your knowledge of administrationwith your passion for providing excellent customer service, whilst building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. With a flair for technology and a natural aptitude to take ownership of resolving queries, you will thrive on delivering the best business solutions to our clients, ensuring their accounts and requests are processed and maintained to the highest level of accuracy and timeliness.Working with our leading Fintech investment management platform, you will gain global experience with great peers, technologies and markets.

Job Responsibilities

International Onboarding

  • New business onboarding and client portfolios updates and maintenance, ensuring data and client records are up to date and accurate.
  • Anti-money laundering and all aspects of financial crime.
  • Handling client queries.
  • Reviewing and processing quarterly risk reviews.
  • Processing closures over 3.5 months
  • Monthly Transaction Monitoring
  • Ensuring daily and monthly tasks are completed in a timely manner

Qualifications

Experience and soft skills:

  • 3yrs+ experience in a similar role (Administration, Support, Advisory)
  • Technology Savvy
  • Strong communicator, team player, enthusiastic
  • Ambitious with a positive growth mindset
  • Lead by example
  • Be able to prioritise and work well to deadlines
  • A meticulous attention to detail and ability to edit own work to a high standard

Technical skills:

  • An understanding of investment platforms, products & tax wrappers like SIPP or ISA would be a bonus!
  • Strong Excel, data input and systems navigations skills

Hybrid Work
