Job Title: Dynatrace Expert for Datadog to Dynatrace Migration Location: Remote Duration: 6 Months About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Dynatrace expert to lead a project involving the migration from Datadog to Dynatrace for monitoring. This role will be responsible for setting up a robust monitoring environment encompassing mobile apps, crash logs, server monitoring, user sessions, error tracking, and more. If you have a solid track record of implementing interactive and intuitive Dynatrace dashboards that generate actionable insights and business value, we'd love to have you on our team. Key Responsibilities: Lead the migration from Datadog to Dynatrace, ensuring seamless continuity of monitoring. Conduct requirement analysis, planning, and design for Dynatrace monitoring solutions. Install and configure Dynatrace OneAgent for various systems and services. Utilize Dynatrace's Davis AI to enhance monitoring and provide predictive insights. Set up and configure monitoring for mobile applications, including crash and error logs. Design and develop interactive Dynatrace dashboards tailored to business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and provide actionable insights. Conduct user session and server monitoring to ensure optimal system performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience migrating from Datadog to Dynatrace or setting up Dynatrace from scratch. In-depth knowledge of Dynatrace OneAgent, Davis AI, and dashboard design. Strong experience in monitoring mobile applications, including crash logs, user sessions, and error tracking. Expertise in server monitoring and performance optimization. Ability to translate monitoring data into actionable business insights. Experience with requirement analysis, planning, and implementation of monitoring systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills for liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Dynatrace certification. Experience in a similar role involving complex monitoring environments. Understanding of system performance metrics and analytics tools.
