Spacesaver Corporation is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist (Email) to join our Marketing team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of three days on-site and two remote days. In the role, you will collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to drive customer engagement and website traffic, manage lists and contacts through our CRM system, and generate leads through our corporate email automation platform. You will also lead email communication efforts for live webinars, events, and other initiatives, and execute content strategy for email campaigns in collaboration with the Content Marketing Specialist.
Other duties would include:



  • List segmentation and management through our CRM system and email platforms (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot).
  • Create email strategies for target audiences at different sales funnel stages.
  • Optimize user experience through effective email formation, content, forms, and calls to action.
  • Facilitate, report, and act on A/B testing to increase customer engagement and pipeline development.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Execute on key performance indicators (KPIs) for email campaigns, measure performance, and report monthly.
  • Assist in implementing go-to-market strategies.

Required Skills

QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Two or more years of deploying, developing, and optimizing email campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing automation, campaign management, lead generation, list development, direct marketing, database marketing, and/or Internet marketing required
  • Experience using demand generation tools and techniques, including marketing automation software and CRM systems (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and HubSpot preferred)
  • Proficient understanding of journey mapping, email triggers, segmentation, and behavior targeting
  • Knowledge of email privacy laws including, but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, CASL and email best practices
  • Critical thinker with a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on our team's success
  • Lifelong learner who stays ahead of the curve on digital media and email marketing trends
  • Ability to track trends to identify new, innovative ways to evolve strategy, grow audiences, and drive conversions
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills, notably the ability to test, measure, and optimize, along with the ability to spot trends in data and distill insight
  • Proficient in HTML across digital marketing channels
