The part-time (25 hours per week) Assistant Director is responsible for: coordinating and facilitating a wide variety of student activities, student development programs and student services to meet the diverse needs of students at the campus; creating a welcoming environment that provides opportunities for students to learn, grow, and lead; coordinating a campus-wide co-curricular agenda in collaboration with faculty members; establishing relationships with area school counselors and community partners and representing Bucks at high school visits and community events with focus on recruitment. In the absence of the Campus Director, the Assistant Director is responsible for problem solving and leadership of the Campus. This position directly reports to the Campus Director. Must be available for day, evening, and weekend hours as needed. Primary Functions:

Salary Range: $45,000 to $50,300 This position is part-time at 25 hours per week and is eligible for prorated benefits.
