To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com. Job Description Responsible for the entire onboarding of all new hires, reviewing both Safety, GMPs, and any other relevant policies. Bilingual English/Spanish Responsible for training on specifications, common quality defects, packing methods, etc. Responsible for providing training updates to HR, EH&S & Training Lead, and Operations. Responsible for keeping track of new hires' training while they work with trainers on their designated shift. Responsible for the maintenance of training records and verifying they are up to date for each employee. Responsible for working with HR on ensuring training records are filed properly. Ensure new hires understand employee database, MSA, and how to change their personal information. Complete all documentation accurately. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma. Experience: Previous manufacturing experience required, previous training experience preferred, bilingual in Spanish and English required. Equipment & Machinery: Ability to read standard tape measure. Computer Experience & Software: Proficient computer skills.
