Business Job Title: Sales Operations & Incentive Plan Analyst

Job Summary:

The Sales Operations & Incentive Plan Analyst will administer processes to improve the efficiency of Sales, including the Sales Incentive Program, targets, reporting and administrative support to the Sales Team. This position will be direct responsibility for inside Customer satisfaction through timely and complete response to their needs. This position is key in the Team as it involves working with the other Sales members and other internal departments.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Manage the Sales Incentive Program (SIP) by creating & reviewing sales targets, maintaining territories and running the SIP process.
  • Provide follow-up and timely responses to Sales Manager & Sales Representatives on targets and analytics.
  • Support renewal and compliance monitoring of legal and commercial programs.
  • Provide sales reports by Customer, by product, and gross margin
  • Assist with information for forecasting and demand planning to ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Manage and align Territory accounts and sales roles across all systems.
  • Assist in all departmental functions as required and perform other duties as required.


Job Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years' experience involving sales analytics, and sales incentive admin experience is a plus.
  • Computer proficiency: Microsoft Excel & Word, data entry systems, Salesforce and ASI (preferred)
  • Strong project management skills: tactical execution and attention to detail is critical due to running multiple projects simultaneously
  • Awareness and familiarity with data entry systems
  • Good communication skills and be able to work with people individually and in team settings
  • Resourceful, responsible, organized and detailed oriented individual
  • Analytical spirit and intellectual curiosity.
