The program aims to perform immunological correlating studies for the clinical trial and understand the treatment resistance mechanism. The technician is expected to perform human sample processing, experiments, data collection, and analysis of cellular, immunological, and molecular assays, including flow cytometry, primary cell and cell line culture, cell line development, DNA/RNA/protein preparation, RT-PCR and DNA/RNA sequencing, and T cell receptor (TCR) transduction to the human primary cells. The optimal candidate should have at least a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience or a Master's degree with 1 year of experience. Experience or training in either molecular biology or immunology is preferred.

We aim to conduct extensive correlating studies, including flow-based immunophenotyping assays and single-cell RNAseq, to assess leukemia IFN-gamma responsiveness. In addition to this new funding, we have an ongoing project to characterize the T cell receptor (TCR) clones of alloreactive T cells and discover the novel antigens recognized by these alloreactive TCRs.
