The Product Marketing Manager manages and directly supervises the collection and utilization of marketing information that facilitates achievement of assigned product areas growth and profit objectives, and serves as the foundation for both short- and long-term
Marketing/strategic plans.

This position is eligible for HYBRID working arrangements.



Responsibilities

    Leads a team of managers responsible for providing marketing and sales management with sound market and product assessment data for planning new products,
    revitalizing older products, and integrating products and services.
  • Runs analysis involving competitors, pricing, sales, methods of marketing, existing and potential customer preferences,
    economic conditions, advertising, distribution, and other factors that may influence future sales.
  • Monitors sales volume and contribution potential of all brands/products to ensure that marketing plans are soundly based
    and promotional funds are allocated accordingly.
  • Develops and maintains relations with the organization's retail customers to monitor their business developments and
    recommend corrective action to marketing plans where necessary.
  • Conducts market research to identify new business developments and future marketing 5) trends, as well as competitor activity.
  • Gathers data on competitors and analyzes prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution.
  • Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources. Results are primarily achieved through the work
    of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with internal or external partners where
    formal authority is not held.
  • Other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5 years of experience or
    Associate's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in product marketing and leadership
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse customer groups and peers.
  • Resourcefulness and adaptability to navigate changing priorities.

The annual salary for this role is $128,625 - $171,500 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
