Highway & Bridge Project Engineer

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Kinsley seeks a driven and disciplinedProject Engineerfor our growing Highway & Bridge team. Based in Kinsley's York, PA office, the PE will primarily work on projects in the greater Central PA market. The Project Engineer is mainly responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the Project Manager. Duties include technical documentation, job site communications with the foreman and subcontractors, scheduling, and cost analysis.

A successful candidate should possess an Engineering or Construction Management degree with applicable field experience and previous knowledge of PennDOT/municipal projects is preferred but not required. A willingness to learn, strong computer skills, and good communication skills is essential.
