ATI in Millersburg, OR is a dynamic and growing Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing company dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services. We pride ourselves on our collaborative culture and commitment to innovation. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team.


As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our incoming payments and ensuring accurate financial records. You will work closely with our clients, customers, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and resolve any billing discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and send accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Process incoming payments and apply them to the appropriate accounts.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions and perform reconciliations.
  • Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues.
  • Assist in month-end closing processes and financial audits.
  • Support a cycle of continuous improvement to improve and standardize processes.
  • Proactively communicate with Management when there are unexpected challenges.

Qualifications:



  • Associates degree in accounting or business administration and 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Or 8 years proven experience in accounts receivable or similar role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with accounting and collections software applications.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be a strong team player.
  • Experience in a manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Oracle applications experience a plus.

Salary Range: $52,500 to $65,000/annually
