About the Team & Role:

We are the End to End Experiences team at WEX. We empower the business by helping customers easily find and buy all the WEX products that are right for their needs. For WEX Mobility to deliver customers a better experience, we need an individual who is intent on understanding customer needs with a scientific mindset to test hypotheses around the customer.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Customer Obsessed: Deeply understand our customers' needs through customer empathy, data and prioritize work

  • Insights Driven: Refine experiments and use qualitative and quantitative insights to drive decisions or further experimentation

  • Trusted Partner:Actively learn different points of view, seeking to understand then be understood. Tailor messaging based on audience needs and desired outcomes, leaning in and aiming for collaboration with the end goal in mind.

  • Results Focused: Leverage data to understand how the product is performing; prioritize most valuable work and set expectations accordingly

  • Strategic Mindset:Seek to understand WEX's corporate strategy, the competitive environment and market trends and how our products can create value. Out of that understanding, consider what customer needs align with where WEX is looking to go.

Experience you'll bring:

  • At a minimum, you should be a rising junior or senior level student, in a degree/certificate-seeking accredited program

  • Self-Starter, with a curious and a learning mindset

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with strong problem solving skills

  • Proven ability to work closely with different business groups (e.g. Marketing, Design, Sales, Tech) to prioritize and deliver on desired outcomes

  • Strong project management skills, including planning and execution

  • Strong communication skills, including presentation to various audiences

  • Strong capability of leveraging data to measure experiment outcomes and translate them to business recommendations

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
