UMKC is seeking applications for a full-time, non-tenure track, Assistant/Associate Clinical Professor of Oral Medicine faculty member in the Department of Oral Pathology, Radiology and Medicine.. Specific responsibilities include:
Qualified candidates may be eligible to participate in faculty practice one day per week. This is a 12-month, full-time, benefit-eligible, ranked non-tenure track faculty position. Opportunity for ranked promotion is provided. Anticipated start date is January 1, 2025. Our academic schedules and workload promote a positive work/life balance. Qualifications
Candidates are required to have a DDS/DMD or equivalent, either be American Board of Oral Medicine eligible or Orofacial Pain eligible, be eligible for dental licensure in the State of Missouri, and have a commitment to teaching, clinical dentistry, research/scholarly activity, and service. Preferred Qualifications Preference will be given to candidates with either of the following: (a) Board eligible or certified in Oral Medicine with additional advanced/graduate training in orofacial pain or (b) Board eligible or certified in Orofacial Pain with additional advanced/graduate training in oral medicine.
