About the Role

As a Vendor Solutions Representative you'll research and market new products and solutions to our valued customers and accounts. You'll engage with customers, follow up on quotes, manage pipelines, and provide education on vendor pricing programs and promotions.

We will be hiring this position in Guatemala, Panama or El Salvador

What You'll Do
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact, managing and growing relationships. Engage with customers to identify needs and promote products and solutions.

  • Solution Delivery: Create and deliver tailored solutions using your technical knowledge to configure, price, quote, and process requests for hardware, software, services, and configuration design.

  • Education & Technical Guidance: Provide education and guidance on product alternatives, cross-references, and support for hardware, software, services, renewals, warranty uplifts, consolidations, and additional TD SYNNEX solutions.

  • Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships to market TD SYNNEX's diverse product portfolio and drive the incorporation of our products and services.

  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms such as pricing, freight, return privileges, product substitutions, insurance, and terminations.

  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work with customers, colleagues, and vendors to resolve pre-sales issues and escalate when necessary.

  • Additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Skills & Abilities:

  • B2+ English proficiency, both written & oral - required

  • Execute instructions and seek clarification when needed.

  • Strong data entry and basic mathematical skills.

  • Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Clear communication and information conveyance.

  • Skilled negotiation, persuasive promotion/selling, and closing transactions with mutually beneficial results.

  • Strong multicultural interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Uphold social, ethical, and organizational standards in business activities.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Build effective working relationships.

  • Sensitivity to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.

  • Quick learner of new systems and technology.

  • Intermediate proficiency in relevant computer system applications.

Experience:

  • +1 years of relevant work experience.

Education & Certifications:

  • High School Diploma - required.

  • Associate Degree with Business, IT, or related Field of Study - preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Professional, remote environment.

  • May be located in Guatemala, Panama or El Salvador.

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
