We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Development Manager - Web Software Engineering to lead our talented team at Spectrum Reach. In this role, you will drive the development and support of enterprise-level web applications, leveraging your expertise in full-stack .NET development, AWS cloud infrastructure technologies structured within an Agile framework.


  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to a cross-functional team of developers, both onshore and offshore. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in web application development processes and technologies.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Set clear goals and expectations and provide ongoing feedback and support for professional growth and development.
  • Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle for web applications, from requirements gathering to deployment. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in full-stack .NET development, providing guidance on architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, business analysis, and quality assurance, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level web application development, with a focus on full-stack .NET technologies (C#).
  • 5+ years of experience managing development teams within an Agile SDLC model.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software development tools, including Jira, Git, Microsoft DevOps, and Slack.
  • Deep technical expertise in .NET Core, Entity Framework, cloud computing (e.g., AWS), and JavaScript-powered web applications (e.g., React/Redux, Angular).
  • Strong understanding of advanced SQL Server practices (e.g., SSIS) and software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others to achieve common goals.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
