Receptionist

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Receptionist based in Chino, CA. The Receptionist is responsible for answering incoming phone calls and welcoming visitors. It requires familiarity with telecommunication systems and a strong understanding of the company's organizational structure and product offerings.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $17 - $20 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, gather necessary information, and transfer to appropriate individual or voicemail when unavailable
• Provide administrative support to team members and departments including tasks such as data entry, copying, scanning, filing, collating Ensure visitors comply with facility security procedures including following the sign-in process
• Assist with providing personal protective equipment (PPE) to visitors when required
• Announce visitor arrivals to the appropriate personnel as necessary
• Ensure visitors comply with facility security procedures including following the sign-in process

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Business Proficiency in English
• 1 yearof experience as a receptionist with switchboard, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365
